HMQC and ELP ONVIF cameras with Reolink NVR?

Hi gang,

I'm sure this has been asked elsewhere, but I'm baffled.

I have four Reolink POE cameras running sweetly with my RLN8-410 Network Video Recorder. They work great.

I have two ONVIF cameras, and I'm unable to get either to work with the NVR.

HMQC POE IP Camera, 720P model.
ELP 1280*720, POE, model X000QL15KL by Ailipu Technology

Each has ip address of 192.168.1.10, user admin, no pw
Neither says what port number they use

When I connect these to the Reolink NVR, they receive power OK (through POE), but they do not "auto-add" on the IP Channel. Entering the given IP address is easy, but I do not know the port number.

Any advice or comments? (I'm on a Mac, so PC software, alas, is unavailable)
