E1 Outdoor Poe unable to connect to Reolink cloud

Hi. Reolink Cloud is publishing that E1 series it's fully compatible within. With latest april firmware of E1 Outdoor POE doesn't succes. How ever with older E1 Zoom and Argus PT v1 it's enabled.
It's a bug?
