NVR mixing both POE and WiFi cameras

I have two WiFi cameras now with no DVR. I would like to add a NVR to my system with an additional two POE cameras. All cameras will be connected to the same network. Can I buy a single Reolink DVR that will be able to record video from both types of cameras?

Yes. You may use RLN8-410 for all of your reolink wireless cameras and PoE cameras.

in the below setup which you provided how many wifi cameras would be recognized per router/Ethernet port on the NVR?
is it possible to have 2 or three wifi cameras connect through a single router to the NVR by utilizing one port. Further will a 8 Channel NVR recognize 9 or 10 cameras in this configuration?

The System can recognize all the reolink wireless cameras under the same router with the NVR, but can only view 8 cameras at most. Thanks. -

No, the system can only live view and record 8 cameras. If you need more cameras recording, RLN16-410, 16ch PoE NVR is a good choice. Thanks. -

May I know where does the access point connect to? Is it connected to the router's LAN port?
Your router is normally connected to the LAN port on the NVR, if it is connected to the NVR camera port, the NVR will not be able to detect any camera connected to that router.
But you can hook up the access point into NVR camera port, then connect your RLC-410WS to that access point, in that way, the NVR will detect the RLC-410WS without any problem.

If the Network Switch and the NVR are both plugged into the LAN ports on the Router, the answer is yes, NVR will detect IP Camera 05 and the wireless one. But there is no need to plug another Ethernet cable from the NVR camera port to the router(noted for camera 05 and WIFI camera)
When the NVR's LAN port is on the same subnet as the other cameras, it will also be able to detect them.
