My RLC-411ws will connect wirelessly to the router and work as designed. I am using the Windows PC client. In the "WiFi Settings" dialog box the Range Extender shows up with a strong signal. After selecting the extender from the available options and entering the correct password, I preform the "Wi-Fi Test" but it always fails. The laptop (setting right next to the camera) will connect to the extender without any problem. I have tried to connect the camera to the extender with all the devices in the same room and at greater distances, but it makes no difference. I see tip #3 on this page; https://reolink.com/how-to-solve-wireless-security-camera-wifi-interference/ recommends the use of a router extender under some circumstances so Reolink acknowledges the camera is compatible with Wi-Fi extenders. If someone can please share their experience with me I would be grateful. Sincerely Larry
