Have tried multiple times to get cameras to work but to no avail. tried both cameras purchased and none can be logged in. Followed directions (though minimal) to no affect. Went step by step but will not hook up through WiFi and do not even get the option to do so on the screen as it depicts in the manual (no wifi symbol). cannot locate devices as they fail on log in. sitting here scratching my head on this one. what to do? my steps were:1. screwed antennae on both cameras2. plugged power supply into outlet3. plugged power supply into camera4. down loaded app and installed software on PC5. followed direction to add a device - login failed (APP was P2P, admin username and password blank) - PC was scan device in LAN (nothing)
