I brought the set with the hub a month ago. One of the camera disconnected yesterday, tried to reconnect by turn off the home hub, turn off the camera, no luck, then tried to delete the camera in the app and re-add, but it needs to do factory reset on camera. Tired follow the instructions, turn on the camera by holding for 2 sec and then press the power button 3 times in a row. It doesn't work. Only got the red led light flashing next to the lens. No sound or and movement.

Online chat with support, they asked me to video how I do it, first he said I pressed to slow, then I do it again faster, still no luck.
      Anyone experienced this before?
      Thanks

@richie_998070796062917 Delete it from the Home Hub Pro (HHP) and reset the camera. Connect it to your Home WIFI and check that you are able to access it and able to watch live view. Take the UID from its Info menu and then add it to your HHP. If the Home Hub Pro WIFI is reachable from the camera then access the WIFI configuration from the camera and connect it to the HHP WIFI. Most of the my WIFI cameras are connected to the Home WIFI which has better signal strength than that of the HHP WIFI.

@joseph_1979 I deleted the camera already from the home hub. But I can't reset it, it seems to be stuck in the software update as the manual said, red led keep flashing means software updating.

When I try resetting it, it still flashing, and nothing happens,

Only brought this a month ago.

@richie_998070796062917 I also bought last month an Argus PT ultra, and I am having connection problems. It worked flawlessly for a number of weeks, then it just continues to be difficult to connect and stay connected. Ended up deleting it from my windows app, then reset the Cam. But the network part of the Cam just seems to screwed up. Very Low signal strength, lost connections and disconnects. It is my kitchen where I have 3 good networks with strong signals and I continue to have problems.

I have a support request in as well

@richie_998070796062917 Red flashing means that WIFI is unreachable. Rarely that the battery cams update automatically. In most cases, the customer has to email support to check whether there is any newer firmware and if there is they will ask you for the UID of the camera. They will assign the new fw to this UID and then the camera will update automatically or you can force it to update it.
