5MP FTP With RLC-423

At the moment the Reolink client software is not working - it often closes the connection to my RLC-423 camera and misses key moments of action.

My camera is good and sends me an email with a video when motion is detected and can do FTP too, but the max size is 640x480 which is far too low. I want the full resolution 5MP "clear" stream to be sent via FTP, not the "fluent" stream. How can I do this?

Feasible to check if lan (non FTP) recording is full res as debugging step? On windows client, its Local Settings > Record Settings > Stream Type > Clear. Works for my 4mp RLC-411ws/410s .

If you mean recording with the reolink client, yes that is in full resolution with the Clear stream.

New version of thick client V7.2.2.20 may work (clear is an FTP option)?

Hi, what is the Reolink thick client and what is the download URL please? On the Reolink website the Mac OS X client software available for download says updated in May 2018.
