RLC-423WS PTZ control and focus not operating after firmware upgrade

Is there a place where I can downgrade the firmware to the previous version? I have tried everything. PTZ functions no longer work via mac client or phone. The Camera does not respond to manual focus command on mac client or phone. In fact, no ptz functions work.
