Cloud file size limit to 0.50 MB

Has anyone noticed that the video files uploaded to Reolink Cloud storage is limited to .5MB? I had a video that was about a few min long and when viewed from the local SD card, it was full length. When I went to my cloud storage, I saw about 40 little clips about 7sec long and ALL were about .5MB in size. I have the free subscription (total limit 1GB).

The length of the video uploaded to the cloud is 8 seconds, that is the reason why the video of full length is divided into several clips.
Sorry to tell you that the video length in the cloud cannot be prolonged. When the cloud finishes uploading the video of the first 8 seconds, it will upload the coming 8 seconds'video into another package.

Thanks Gary. Hopefully you'll be able to implement this in the near future. Even 30 sec would be sufficient.
