Argus 2 Alarm Schedule
-
Is it possible to have a schedule for the alarm to sound. I want to be able to get alerts 24/7 but only for the alarm to sound between the hours of midnight and 5am. If I set the schedule to these hours I get no notifications or recordings out of these hours but I don't want the alarm to sound during the day as there's a lot of activity with cars and kids etc, thanks

You can set the scene mode for your camera. You can disable the audio alarm and enable all the notifications under the mode A, then enable the alarm and notification under the mode B. When you go to sleep and don't want to be disturbed, you can activate the mode A. Under that circumstance, you can still receive the push/email notification when the motion is detected. Read on How to Set the Scene Mode for Your Cameras to learn more.

Cheers that's brilliant, I saw that but it never twigged, thanks
What if I do a night mode and go to bed at 10 but don't want the alarm to sound until midnight is there anyway of setting that or is it you activate night mode manually and that's it, cheers -
Sorry that you can only activate the scene mode manually at present. But we will spare no effort to improve this function in the future. Thank you for your understanding and patience. You may subscribe our emails to get the newest update: https://reolink.campgn4.com/Subscribe-Us.

Cheers Carl and thanks for the info.
What would be great is a schedule for each scene. To be able to have the camera do motion and record but the audio alarm to only trigger in a set area ie front garden so it doesn't trigger every time a car goes passed especially on a night so as not to annoy neighbours -
Thank you for your suggestion. The setting of motion area on battery-powered camera hasn't been realized now. I will forward your suggestion to our senior engineers.

Cheers Carl much appreciated. Have to say it's not a bad little camera for the price ?
