I bought an argus eco and I cant access it via reolink app or windows client when my devices are not connected to the same network the camera is connected to. I am using a tp-link TL-MR6400 LTE V4 router to use the camera in a remote location, I have reseted both the camera and the router to factory defalts several times, but nothing has changed. Is it necessary to do some specific configuration in the router?
I have the opposite problem. I cant access my argus 2 unless i use my cell phone and take it off of wifi.Support told me to unblock ports 1-65535 on my router since the camera apparently just picks a random port every time you want to access it.Thats every single possible port there is, and support told me to just open my entire network to the internet so my cams would work.Thats absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT do this if support tells you to. I'd be ok with opening one or two ports directly to the cams, but im not exposing my whole network to the internet.
