Two computers running Windows 10 (all updates installed) and Norton (all updates installed).

Laptop ONLY uses Norton Password Manager. All other Norton features/functions are disabled. I've added the IP Address Range for all cameras to Norton as "allowed". I've allowed Reolink Client Software in Windows Firewall. I get "login failed" on all 13 of my Argus 2 Pro Wireless cameras (all updates applied). If I uninstall Norton from the laptop and only use Windows Firewall I am able to log into the cameras. Same scenario for version 7.2.2.20 and/or version 7.2.2.33 of Reolink Client Software. I have NO ISSUE logging into the same 13 cameras, same Wi-Fi, on my iOS devices.

I've also added the IP Address Ranges to my Router as "allowed".

I've been working with Reolink Support on this issue for a few weeks now. As this point we have apparently narrowed the issue down to a conflict between Norton and Reolink Client Software.

Does ANYONE has Norton and Reolink Client Software working successfully together?

Does Norton require you to allow the "app" to accept connections through the firewall? In my Windows Firewall, there is an entry for "Reolink Client", checked for both private and public.

As noted in my original post, I have added all cameras to Norton as devices (their respective IP addresses), and I've added the IP address range(s) used by my home Wi-Fi. I've added the Reolink Client .exe as an allowed application in Norton, too. All to no avail...consistently get "login failed" in the Reolink Client Software.

Does Norton write anything to any of the various logs (system, application, etc.) when it takes action against a program?
Are the cameras defined in the Reolink Client program by IP address or UID?
