Dear members, Dear Reolink,I have several RLC-410w cameras. Some cameras connect on both 2.4 Ghz and 5.0 Ghz and some only on 2.4 Ghz. Very weird. The difference:Build 19110603 only connects to 2.4 GhzBuild 19060404 connects to 2.4 Ghz and 5.0 GhzDoes anyone have the same experience?Best Regards.Jan van Teeffelen
Hi, Jan, how did you find that the camera (with build 19110603) won't connect to 5GHz wifi? When you input the 5GHz wifi SSID and Password, will the WIFI test fail? If it's that case, could you please submit a request to Reolink Support to check the problem? https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Hi Cynthia,That is very simple. The camera does not find the 5Ghz signal at all, while the other cameras (RLC-410W) will find the 5Ghz signal. Strange isn't it?Best Regards,Jan

Hi Cynthia,I have upgraded all cameras to the latest firmware version. After upgrading, the 5.0 Ghz appeared and the cameras are now connected at 5 GHz. Thank you.The 410w cameras work 100% during the day, but at night, when someone walks by FAST, you will see a blur on the camera. Do you have any idea how I can fix that?Stay healthy in this bizarre timeBest Regards,Jan van Teeffelen
Hi Jan, could you please report this issue with a video which shows the blur on the camera at night to support@reolink.com?Our support team will help to diagnose the problem and offer assistance. Thanks for your understanding!
