Hi nfsmarthome! Could you please let me know the ticket number and I'll check with the support team first. Also may I know is your phone connecting to the same network as the cameras? Or you are using other wifi or 4g? Please make sure you've allowed the reolink app to use the mobile data first if you are using 4G. It's on the general setting of your phone.

The Argus 3 use the PIR sensor to detect movement, the changing in temperature will trigger the alarm. The moving leaves and water will reflect lights and cause a change in temperature. For the false alarm issue, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org, to see if they can provide you with a better solution.

@Chris GeorgievThere is no attachment in your post. And I have seen that your NVR is not at the latest firmware version. You can try to upgrade your camera. This is a download site, https://reolink.com/download-center/.Please upgrade your camera according to your NVR model and hardware version. When you click the firmware version block, you will see the different versions for the different hardware version.
@Crimp OnThe Client doesn't show the latest version because the 8.3.2 Client is still on test. We will collect the feedback from our customer and we will make it better. Then we will push the latest version to the user end. Thank you for your understanding.
