There is no attachment in your post. And I have seen that your NVR is not at the latest firmware version. You can try to upgrade your camera. This is a download site, https://reolink.com/download-center/.
Please upgrade your camera according to your NVR model and hardware version. When you click the firmware version block, you will see the different versions for the different hardware version.
RE: Windows Client 8.3.2
The Client doesn't show the latest version because the 8.3.2 Client is still on test. We will collect the feedback from our customer and we will make it better. Then we will push the latest version to the user end. Thank you for your understanding.
