Hey, Reolink team,

WHERE IS THE PRESET (PTZ) of the e1 pro ??????

I had to upgrade firmware because I was having wifi drop when using the ptz... and now I saw within 100ms that preset were... GONE? Made a quick search

You state it's DECIDED by HARDWARE??? Why are you lying??? It's a BASIC/mandatory function for any camera that was AVAILABLE and fully functionnal before upgrading the firmware...

I so hate companies when they do that kind of crap... Updating a firmware and removing basic function to get us to buy new products...
