I have 5 410's, 2 411's, and 1 423. They all seem to lose their time settings and often. I have double checked all the settings, all cameras took their respective firmware updates with no issues. All cameras are connected via POE switch, the video stream is great, the interface is good, and no issues with night vision or motion/recording. Just the dang time settings.
May I have more information about that? will all the cameras have the same wrong time or they are different from each other? Please make sure the following settings has been done:1. Go to Device Setting > System General, choose your time zone and click on Synchronize Local Time, when time is correct, go to OK to save it.2. Go to Device Setting > Network Advanced > NTP, make sure Enable Auto-Synchronize has been checked.
Thank you for your information. I found the problem. POE Switch had wrong time set. Once I corrected that, its been about 8 hours and not one of the cameras has lost its time. Woohoo!
Thank you - The time was off on the POE switch. Issue has been resolved.
Thanks very much for your valuable feedback.and we're very glad to hear that your issue has been fixed. Thanks for your support of Reolink product.Have a nice day!
