As of today I can no longer view my Argus 2 camera (I has the Solar panel also) over 3/4G in the Andriod App (Ver 18.104.22.168) it works fine over wifi but fails on 3/4G, I also have 2 C1 pro cameras on the same network which are fine over either wifi or 3/4G, I have just ordered one more Argus 2 with solar panel and hope this can be rectified prior to my next cameras arrival.ThanksGarry
Strangest thing, today every thing is working again, not even a reboot on the router, its just working again, no idea what happened!!!!!
Our server for Argus camera went down for 6 hours and now it comes back to work again. Sorry for the inconvenience caused!

I'm getting the same problem all day today in New Zealand.Any update?Works perfectly on Wifi but cannot connect when trying via 3G/4G on multiple different cellphone carriers.

I am experiencing this issue in Canada today as well. Worked last night. Connection Failed today.
It would be awesome if Reolink had a system status page on their site so we can see if there are currently any system issues.

Why is the video stream to our phones dependent of reolink servers?

All my cameras have stopped working over 4g. Argus 2 and C1 Pro. New Zealand here. When will this be fixed? Been almost 24 hours now.

New Zealand here as well. Cannot connect to my Argus 2 through the APP remotely today. I thought it's to connect from my phone to Argus 2 directly. Didn't think of they were connected through server.

Same here in USA. If I cannot view live stream over my LTE, then what’s point of buying/using these cameras? And WHY IN THE WORLD would I want my video to be transcoded on a streaming server that continually goes down? I wouldn’t! Is there a way to bypass this?? All my other cameras work JUST FINE (not Reolink brand) over my LTE as it works through my WiFi and not it AND a non working transcoding streaming server.
