First, I had to say Im bit dissapointed that e1 PRO didnt have *default IP* or even http UI, I captured network trafic with wireshark to be able to see its IP, I just sat 0.0.0.0 DHCP requests.

after plugging it to DHCP, we had to use nmap to check ports and we were able to get img to VLC

then friend of mine saw some web post that e1 PRO didnt support http config (I work with security cameras and all IP cameras have had HTTP UI so far (tho price has been 1-4k€)

so about android software:

So I had to install android conf. software... But even with it, you can't see RTSP port, how someone who hasnt use computers that much, is able to make it seen on vlc / record box. (ok. some softwares use default port after you wrote TRSP//: ...

I think its really bad design or its designed to work just with reolink record box...

if I go to settings -> network

it shows to me that network status is : wired network, but I cant change IP address... How to I install this camera to closed camera network that doesn't have DHCP server?

For IP change I think you need to use Windows or Mac client.
It appears many settings are not exposed in the Android app.

PS Reolink has web UI available for some models, rlc-4xx, rlc-8xx and rln-xxx.
