Blue Iris Main Stream Issues

I have a RLC-410 running FW 806_16060600. I am trying to set it up on Blue Iris (4.3.9.6 x64). When nothing is viewing the camera the latency is below 5ms, but when I try to connect Blue Iris to it using the main stream the latency goes up to 1000+ms. At times I get an image to show up in Blue Iris, but it is only a frame and not a continuous feed. If I switch it to view on the sub stream then everything works fine and the latency is stays below 5ms. However, the resolution on the sub stream is much worse. Has anyone ever had this issue before?

When work with v4.3.9.6, the CPU will turn up to be above 90%. You may also check it on your PC.

Could you try it on v4.3.9.5, which is much stable than v4.3.9.6.

Are there any public links to previous versions of Blue Iris? I am not seeing anything.

Or you may update to be the latest version v 4.3.9.7.

I did update for v4.3.9.7. Still the exact same issue with the main stream on Blue Iris. I also tried it with Zoneminder and it is the exact same thing. Extremely high latency and only the sub stream will come through with a constant feed. The main stream will only show 1 frame maybe every 20 seconds.
