Hi, please kindly provide your camera type and the firmware version. You can check it in the Reolink Client, the path is Device Settings-> System Information. About the Blue Iris, what is the software version?

            Hello Paul,
Please follow the instruction below to have a try:
            1. Upgrade the firmware of your camera to be the latest one, you may download the firmware by referring to Firmware Download page.
            2. On you main router, forward the HTTP port(default value is 80) and RTMP port(default value is 1935) to the camera IP address.
            3. Try to access the camera remotely by using the URL(WAN IP:HTTP port).
If you want to remotely view the camera using the Blue Iris software, please forward the RTSP port to the camera. When adding the camera to Blue Iris, please make sure the RTSP port is correct.

I port forward the correct ports and it works perfectly.
