RLC-410WS with Blue Iris

I am unable to get the RLC-410WS to work with Blue Iris. I get the "No signal" error message.
I am running Blue Iris 184.108.40.206.
I have followed the steps here: https://reolink.com/faq/add-reolink-cameras-to-blue-iris/
I have two RLC-411WS that work with no problems in Blue Iris.
Does anyone have the RLC-410WS working in Blue Iris, and if so can you share your configuration settings.
