      I purchased 5 nvrs without hdd. I purchased 5 3tb Hitachi Sata hdd's the red light is lit on the nvr but when I try and play back it says no files

        Hi, here is the suggestions for you:
        1. Please enter the Menu->Device->HDD(refer to below) to check if it is mounted or you can try to install again or Init it.
        HDD
        2. If the status of HDD is normal, please enter the Menu->Recording->Schedule(refer to below) to check if you enable the recording and set the schedule for the channel you need.

          Thanks for the reply. I tried that they are not showing up under device tab. I'm gonna try and reformat them.
