I've read some posts on other forums saying that Reolink cams are having problem with Blue Iris. about framerate/recording/liveview something.my 410S is working fine on Blue Iris so far, but it concerns me a little if this BI problem is common.so wondering if anybody here having problems using Reolink cams or other devices on BI?problem solved yet?
The real problem with BI and Reolink is that Reolink do not enable you to adjust the number of iframes. What does this mean in practice... Well you will find that video images tear and moving images may have ghosting, if you take a look at Max Frame rate in BI, you will see it will wander around, all my cameras are set to 20fps but each day I have to manually set them back to 20fps without a fixed iframe their is a problem. Also, we have to set our cameras to Baseline encode, not High, this means our 4MP cameras look poor compared to a similar camera from HikVision or Dahua. This will not be solved until Reolink realize improving the firmware is not a nice to have feature, but a necessity if they want to compete. Apparently they think that these capabilities are too complicated for their users...
