      Hello-

Can you please allow 3rd party cameras to connect to your NVRs? The code in your firmware blocks 3rd party cameras. Most other company NVRs allow 3rd party cameras. Your operating system allows any ONVIF camera to connect originally, why did you disable it? Please change your firmware back!

No need to test 3rd party cameras, they will work if ONVIF compliant.

Can you send me a firmware that allows ONVIF cameras to connect? I have the RLN8-410.

      Thank you!

        Hi Carl,

        That's not what I meant.

Your NVRs have never worked with third party cameras because your company intentionally prohibits them from connecting. Is there a way to get a firmware release that allows third-party cameras?

I will be submitting a request to have this updated.

        Brad
