Cameras wont work

I recently purchased a 16channel poe security camera system. After connecting the cameras I noticed 1 camera wasnt working all the time. I swapped that camera with another camera in the system and unplugged all the cameras and plugged them back in. After doing this I now have 3 cameras that don't work including the 2 I swapped. Recap, All cameras were working but 1 would cut out. Now 3 cameras aren't working. I tried resetting the cameras and that didn't work. looks like they aren't getting powered up. They show up on the settings screen but say offline. Any ideas before I send this system back?

I also faced the camera problem with my CCTV.Then I uninstalled the device but when I tried to again cctv installation in my device at that time it was not working. I was so frustrated with that problem. If anyone has any solution then suggest to me.
