Should I upgrade my firmware

I have a RLC-410-WS camera. My current firmware is 708_16041203. The latest available is 806-16041903. I don't have any issues with the camera, but I just put it up today. What does the new firmware improve over my current? Sometimes upgrading firmware can cause more problems than it fixes so I don't want to just upgrade because there is a newer version.

I've updated to the latest firmware. I think it's better to do the update since it would fix bugs and come with more features.
