The whole User ID vs. email vs. Register account name thing is a bit confusing, as is the number of password locations ... My ccount vs. Cams vs. Mobile app.

      RLC-410WS  (qty 3)

Where do I set a User name  vs. email address -   is admin the standard default?

Cam worked great when connected to the router.  When I unplugged the RJ45 to relocate the cam to outside I then get login errors.  Even sitting next to the router, but unplugged --- same login error.  Using same PW as when connected to the router.

I understood this cam was a standalone wireless capable of remote access from Android.  That worked when connected to the router (only for setup I thought), but nothing shows when disconnected from router.

Would prefer phone support -- is there a number?

Thanks, I know I'll love it when it works wirelessly.

        Hello Bob,

The camera needs to set up the wireless section first so that it will connect to your home Wi-Fi, then you can use it wirelessly.

We have also sent you an email about how to set it up, please check it and follow the instruction to have a try.

        Thanks.
