snapshots every x minutes RLC-410WS

Im still waiting for a firmware update for the RLC-410WS to take snapshots every x minutes.

about in august support told me they are working on it, but so far nothing happened, i still need to record 24/7 to get a snapshot everytime a new video starts. thats super anoying and puts alot of unnessasary load on my network, my ftp server, and my ssd.

is there a chance to get this done?

otherwise i resell my cam and get me one that can take simple snapshots.

We are now testing a new firmware which allows users to set snapshots at least every 2 seconds upload to FTP server and will release in early November estimated.
