i would like to upgrade  16 gb SD card to 64 gb on my  RLC-410WS

Should i  backup  original SD card data and migrate it to  the new one ?

is the setting and firmware stored on the SD card ?

        Hi Eshelon

First of all, we DO NOT recommend you to replace SD card on RLC-410WS.

Because replacing the build-in SD card requires you to disassemble the IP camera. Besides, other SD cards have not been tested on SD built-in cameras.

Any improper operation may cause the destruction of wiring, electronic chip or the interior structure. If you really need a SD card with larger capacity, please ask someone with experiences for help and look out the wiring during the disassembling.

Secondly, built-in SD card is used for recordings storage mainly, setting and firmware are not on the SD card.

So, yes, please backup your old SD card data first if you have to replace it.
