I've got a 410POE and a 410 Wireless. Both FTP to my computer. Neither produce usable files. The first few seconds work, then they glitch and fail to play. Copied files to 2 other computers with the same result. I really need to get this working. Both cameras are on the latest firmware. Thanks for any ideas. Server log shows no errors.

It's difficult to troubleshoot your problem without actually getting hold of your video clips.
But since it's P&C, so I can understand that.
        (1) What kind of video player are you using to play the clip?
        (2) Maybe you could give us the "Properties" of the video clip?
        (3) Could it be your PC is too old?
        (4) How old is your hard drive? What is the brand you use for your hdd and it's model?

          (1) VLC on two different PC's Once is amd FX6300, the other is an i5. Also tried Windows media player on both. Also tried on gnome in VM.
          (2) See attached
          (3) Doubtful. Tried different PCs
          (4) Tried on two different SSDs.

After some testing, the problem may go away after switching the main stream to 1080p.

If by switching to 1080p solves your problem, then I can highly likely think it's to do with your connection.
Can you explain to us how you connect your IPC to your PC running the FTP server?

            (1) How long is your ethernet cable run?
            (2) Are you using PoE injector? Active or Passive?
            (3) Does your IPC connect to a router or directly to hub?
            (4) Is your house running in full Gigabit network?
