      I just recently installed the RLC-830A 4K PTZ camera. I' m having a few issues with it that i'm hoping someone can help with.

      1. I have enabled auto-tracking in the app but the camera isn't tracking at all. When i climbed up the ladder and went near it and moved then randomly it started tracking. I do not have any masks or sections set up to avoid monitoring. So technically it should be monitoring the entire view. The recordings are getting triggered so it is detecting the movement and it says whether a person, animal or car seen etc.
      2. Having used brands like, Ring, Netatmo, Ezviv etc, i'm a little disappointed with the vertical camera lens field of view. It' only a measly 46° and the horizontal is also quite disappointing but that can be overlooked if the auto tracking actually worked.
      3. Most of the time when I get notifications on my iOS, i end up getting 2 notifications per event. So it would show notification as "Motion Alert from Camera" and "Person is detected from Camera". Is there any way to have only the person/car/animal detected alert?
      4. Lastly, is there a way to make the colour of the camera more vibrant? it seems very dull compared to the previous vibrant colours my Ring camera had
