It's set to loop when the SD card gets full - I still have recordings from previous months. Any ideas what is causing this and how to fix it?

I have the exact same issue & reported it several months ago. The only way I have to "fix" it is to periodically reformat the SD Card when it gets nearly FULL. Then it works fine for a week or so. Then I just Reformat it.

Thanks - doing the reformat/reboot option fixed it. Maybe there will be a firmware fix in the near future.

Theoretically, the camera will overwrite the old videos automatically when the Micro SD card becomes full. Please confirm if you've checked the Overwrite option on Reolink Client. Read on Set up Recording Option via Reolink Client to learn more.
