Microsoft reckon not their problem - spent hour with them,they logged in remotely to look at issue - they ignored the fact that it use to work ok t.here had been no changes on reolink software

works ok for me when i use nz isp voyager. I suspect there been Secuity added to Microsoft outlook - google did that a few years ago

Same problem here in Australia. Everything works except emails from NRL8-410 and cameras. Worked fine until about 23rd Sept. I've messed up the whole system by changing everything, updating software, changing emails etc. etc. - to no avail.
My guess is that email systems have all changed to accommodate some new security "feature" - but Reolink haven't adjusted to it. Could I be right?

Gmail works @ my Reolink System.You must create a App password in your Gmail Account.

Importent: if you copy the App password directly, please remember to delete the space in between.
