FTP upload fails

E1 zoom, C2 Pro
Site A has multiple brands of cameras and the FTP server.
They upload fine to their selected folders.
Site B different brand camera uploads fine to selected folder on FTP at site A.
The two listed reo. cameras fail to upload the pics, etc. They are on latest firmware, port forwarded , etc.
They contact their ftp folder and it states test ftp but does not upload data.
Logins, passwords,etc. are all correct and working otherwise.
There appears to be a software coding issue with the reo cameras when connecting to ftp from another site as other brand cameras have no issue with all the same parameters set up. It does not appear to be related to bandwith, access, limits on connections, etc. otherwise.
I am looking for helpful input if this can be corrected by the user or the engineers need to adjust the coding.
