Got email yesterday and tried to install new firmware for camera RLC-410 & RLC 422, both gave error 'Update failed!. Please check file'.Also no option in Windows Client app under maintenance to remote update as shown in instruction PDF.undefined

Dear Customer,For IPC upgrading via PoE NVR, please do below step:1. Prepare a USB Flash Drive and format it into FAT322. Download the correct model latest firmware from https://reolink.com/firmware3. Distract the .zip firmware file and copy .pak file to your USB drive4. Insert the USB drive to the USB port of the NVR5. Go to page SYSTEM-->MAINTENANCE-->UPGRADE IPC FROM USB. You may upgrade each camera connected to the NVR at the same time.If you need to upgrade several cameras, please copy and select the correct firmware for each. For the IPC upgrading from client failed, please kindly check the system information whether it has been updated to the latest. If the current firmware is the latest already, it will not upgrade a second time with the same firmware. Thanks.
