      Hello:

I was wondering if it is possible to turn off the LED lights at night. I have my own lighting, and am finding that the LED lights are too strong and tend to wash out the picture at night.

I reviewed the user manual, and did not find this questions addressed.

      Any assistance would be appreciated.

      Thank you!

Thanks for your support to Reolink Products.

For the PTZ model RLC-423, which is autofocus IP camera with 2.8-12mm lens.
The IR LED light in the Yellow box is for remote night vision. (f= 5-12mm)
The ones in the Red box is for near scene.(2.8-6mm)

They will light on automatically during the dark scene.

          Hm, ok thank you.

Is it possible to turn off any of these LEDs? If so, how would I do that?

          Thanks again.

How do you get the IR LED's in the yellow box to turn on? I've gone outside to look at my camera with no lights on and only the two in the red box are on. I've even turned on Dynamic Range and the 4 in the yellow box are still off.

Hello, the IR LED light in the Yellow box is for remote night vision, if only the LED's in the red box are on, it may indicate the camera is focusing on a near scene. Please give a try to turn the camera and make it focus on a remote scene, will the other 4 LED's light on?
