When I received the camera system a couple months back, I set the system up for testing to make sure I could use it. I setup the user ID and password and recorded them for future reference. When I type in the static address of the NVR on the laptop the ReoLink login screen appears. I type in the ID and the password, but it says one or the other is wrong.I even turned off windows security firewall. Now if I push the Menu button on the NVR and use the same ID & password I can access the system to make changes.
