    RLC-410S SD card not responding

      Hi,

      When I attempt to access the SD card  of my new RLC-410S I receive  message that reads: "Fatal Error: Failed to recognize data from the device". I have updated the firmware to V2.0.0.1168_16070801 and was attempting to reformat the SD card.

        Hi, for your problem, here is the suggestion:
        1. Please kindly confirm that the upgrade file matches your device and it is RLC-410S.
        2. Please kindly restart it to check.
        3. If it still doesn't work, please try to reset it.
        reset IPC

          Thank you for the reply. I have tried your suggestions but still experience the same problem.

          The firmware upgrade is correct. I performed the hard reset and I have the same issue.

          I log into the camera through the web address and when I try to access the SD card to reformat I receive an error message“Fatal Error: Failed to recognize data from the device”. Any other suggestions?
