Hello, I've bought on amazon an RLC-411S, but I notice that at night the recordings have low fps. Is there a way to improve this, since it's really important the recordings at night.

PS: I also realized that I can't reproduce the h264 on the windows software. It never plays the recorded files.

Hi, the frame rate will be dropped to 8-15fps automatically to ensure image quality in night vision.

You may also set it to be realtime 30fps via reolink client, but the image quality will be much worse. All of the cameras in this level are developed in this way.

          1. Exposure - anti smearing
          2. Shutter range - 2 ~ 30ms
          3. 3D-NR - Disable
          night fps

About the playing H.264, please kindly upgrade the firmware of camera and the Reolink Client to the latest version.

Hello, I've upgraded the software to the newest version and also the camera firmware, but now it records automatically into mp4 instead of h264 and I can't play the recorded videos on the software. Is there a way to record back to H264?

I haven't yet tested it again at night. Today I'll test it out at night.

Hi, if you need to play the H.264 video files, you can enter the Reolink Client and find the Playback->Local Playback to add them to play.

And for Reolink Camera, it doesn't support to record in H.264. Most users require the .MP4 so that we did this change.

Sorry for the inconvenience to you.
