If I go to System->Performance in the web GUI, I always see "Ethernet port troughput" is zero.

Considering the bitrate it must be something like 600 to 700 KB/s.

Why is this value always zero?

May I ask other functions normal besides the Ethernet port troughput?

and please kindly update your RLC-410 camera to the latest firmware (available on https://reolink.com/firmware/) and check again.

Yes, camera works fine and latest firmware is already installed.

Have you tried to replicate the issue?

            Hi

Please note that this "Ethernet Port Throughput" value will only shows when IP camera is connected to Reolink Client at the same time.

So, please try connect and login your RLC-410 to your windows/mac Client software first, then login your camera on web, then this throughput will show normally.

@phraew Thx for your reply, I tested that and you are correct.

Seems a bit stupid, if you connect with the webclient only there is of course also throughput on the ethernet port!

A bug in my eyes. Just remove this ethernet port throughput, or make sure it works always. (Should not matter how you connect.)
