RLC-520A v2 & RLN8-410 - I can't get them work

HI - I have 4 older RLC-520A working just fine and I added 4 more today. None of the four new cameras show up in the RLN8-410. If I unplug one camera and plug it in directly to my network via a POE injector, I can see the camera just fine.
How do I get it to work with the RLN8?
