I just purchased and installed a Reolink Trackmix LTE +SP camera at a construction site this morning. My t-mobile SIM card worked for about 30 minutes and then failed (even with reset) so I installed the sim that came from Reolink with 100mb free. Three hours later I was notified that I am out of data. Do I have a setting incorrect?

Reolink's LTE camera tends to consume data quite quickly if left on default continuous HD streaming. Try switching to 'Fluent' streaming in the app, it will save much more data.
