Rlc 410 5mp problem video on sd card

Hello. I purchased a rlc 410 5mp on Amazon. the problem is the following: the movie recorded on sd I can't see it in 5Mp quality but only fluid. the video starts at 5mp and stops after 3-4 seconds.
you can clearly see the kbps increase and then stop After 3-4 sec.
Streaming works very well in 5mp!

you can help me? I tried to lower the quality to 4096mbps but it doesn't change. I purchased reolink for video quality. thank you
