      Hello.
I need your help because I can't connect those two cameras to the FTP server on the computer.
I followed the Reolink tutorial (https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003575993-Set-up-FTP-on-Windows-Client).
The FTP Server is online and I can access it through the FileZilla client.
When I try to register the camera, the FTP server always gives the FTP Login Failed error.
On FTP Server, I put the IP (192.168.1.xx) of my computer where Cerberus is installed.
I created a reolink account in Cerberus, which I can access through FileZilla, but when registering on the camera, always gives that error (FTP Login Failed).
I have seen this site (https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013262414-Troubleshooting-FTP-stop-working-), but I am not getting over the issue.

In your case, it's recommended to send the FTP configuration screenshots to support@reolink.com
Our technical support will help to troubleshoot.
        Thanks for your understanding.

I don't know Cerberus, but in my Synology NAS its a matter of setting permissions and creating a folder. The path to that folder has to be input to camera settings.
