Just looking at the web site, it seems obvious to me that the cameras are identical except for the mounting.
B800 is a "bullet cam' and D800 is a "dome cam". Depending on where you want to mount the camera, one style may be easier to install than the other. Or, you may prefer the "look" of one over the other.
