RLC-410W camera cannot be accessed outside the network

For a few days now, my RLC-410W cameras can no longer be accessed outside my own network.
if I am on the network with a phone or tablet, I can simply see and access the cameras via the app, but if I want to see the images via 4G or otherwise, I cannot access it.
In my router I can not find anything that is blocked.
Cameras are directly connected to the router.
