Reolink Argus PT worked great from installation (14 JUL) until last week (09 AUG) at which point I was no longer to connect to the camera and it stopped sending vids to my cloud account. I wasn't able to get to the boat, where the camera is installed, until 13 AUG where I found it completely unresponsive, and unable to be 'factory reset' when I tried to link the camera to my wifi.

Worried that the issue wasn't a simply loss of conductivity, I disconnected and reconnected the solar power panel, but the charge indicator light did not light up orange to indicate the unit was charging.

I next tried charging using a USB adapter (DC 9/5Volts) per the support guide article on charging Argus PTs (https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900000439183-How-to-Charge-Reolink-Argus-PT) but again, no orange indicator to show the unit was charging.

I am at a loss on what to try next - I can only believe that the camera battery itself is not able to be charged. If anyone has any other trouble shooting you'd think I should try first before contacting warranty service I'd appreciate your input.

It sounds like its not a matter of it not holding a charge, it sounds like its just straight dead.[br][/br]

Agree - my thought after my attempts to get it to charge, but figured I'd at least float it here to see if anyone had any other ideas. Support request submitted.
