Cloud Subscription Question - Continous Recording

Hi, I am looking at the wireless solar-powered cameras and would like to know if it is possible
to have them set up to continuously record non-stop with a Cloud subscription?
I am afraid that where I mount the camera will not capture motion and I will miss an event.
I would prefer to be able to refer back at a time instead of the camera only recording when motion is detected. Can I set up a Reolink camera to do this?

Battery cameras cannot continuously record. Full stop.
