I admin 2 16ch NVR's at 2 houses, both on the latest firmware build 1607050 and the NTP settings will not work. When I click Synchronize it says "NTP setting fail".Settings are:pool.ntp.orgPort 123
Hello there! If the NVR shows "NTP setting failed", it means your NVR is not connected to the internet. Please check your router settings and try again.If you have any more questions, please feel free to contact us again.
Both NVR's are connected to the internet on two different networks in two different houses. Remote view works, email works etc....
I can confirm that I have the same issue after updating my NVR today to the latest firmware version. The NTP sync did work before the update. Now I just get a message saying the sync failed. I have tried multiple different time servers. Did you ever find a fix?

Are there any updates on this? I still get the error message when trying to sync time using NTP.As a result, my cameras are now running 2 minutes ahead of my NVR.
I updated my NVR to the latest firmware (RLN16-410_161104) tonight. This seems to have fixed the issue and I can now sync NTP both from the NVR itself as well as from the Reolink desktop client.
