Problems connecting to Argus 2 from another WLAN

I have two Argus 2. I can connect to them via the Reolink App for Android without any problems when my mobile device is in the same WLAN as the cameras. When my mobile device is in a another WLAN, I don't get a connection, no matter how often I try to connect.
Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong?

Sorry, this issue may relate to the outside WLAN you connected to, is it a public WiFi like hotel WiFi or school WiFi? Please check Cause 3 in this article: https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006937074-Connection-Failed-when-Log-in-Remotely-via-UID
